Key Responsibilities Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for firmware, BIOS/UEFI, and ARM-based platforms. Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and software teams to ensure thorough validation. Drive security testing initiatives including vulnerability assessments, secure boot validation, and firmware integrity checks. Should have knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures to design and execute low-level system tests. Oversee test planning, automation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools. Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement. Evaluate testing outcomes and ROI to drive strategic decisions and process enhancements. Build and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Preferred Skills Experience with UEFI Shell, Secure Boot, TPM, and firmware update mechanisms. Knowledge of ARM Trusted Firmware, or similar platforms. Experience with virtualization and emulation tools.
