Work Experience Key Responsibilities Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies for firmware, BIOS/UEFI, and ARM-based platforms. Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals. Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and software teams to ensure thorough validation. Drive security testing initiatives including vulnerability assessments, secure boot validation, and firmware integrity checks. Should have knowledge of x86 and ARM architectures to design and execute low-level system tests. Oversee test planning, automation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools. Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement. Evaluate testing outcomes and ROI to drive strategic decisions and process enhancements. Build and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in QA, including Firmware/BIOS/UEFI testing, ARM/x86 systems, and Engineering Management. Proven experience in creating and executing testing strategies for BIOS/UEFI testing. Strong hands-on experience with security testing in firmware environments. Demonstrated ability to evaluate ROI, drive improvements, and lead change initiatives. Proficiency in using tools for test automation, debugging, and performance analysis.
