Role & seniority: Project Test Engineer (mid to senior level) responsible for signoff of Racelogic products and ensuring high-quality, reliable performance prior to customer delivery.
Stack/tools: scripting in C#, JavaScript or Python; test planning, execution and automation tooling; hardware, firmware and software test integration; documentation and reporting; cross-functional collaboration (Firmware, Software, Hardware, Project teams).
Define and maintain test strategies/plans for software, firmware and hardware components; execute R&D, regression and signoff tests.
Develop and maintain testing tools/frameworks with automation in mind; document procedures and results.
Collaborate with Project, Firmware, Software and Hardware teams; provide regular test progress updates and contribute to project planning; mentor junior members where appropriate.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; experience in product testing (planning and execution).
Proficiency with scripting languages (C#, JavaScript, Python).
Understanding of automotive technologies and testing automation; strong teamwork, prioritization, multitasking and communication skills.
Experience with test automation initiatives, leadership or mentoring of junior staff.
Familiarity with RF/GNSS or performance measurement domains; ability to adapt to shifting priorities and multiple projects.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Project Test Engineer to play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance before they reach our customers.
The Role The Project Test Engineer plays a critical role in the signoff of RACELOGIC products by executing testing tasks to the highest standards with the aim of exceeding customer expectations. This will be achieved by driving the creation and improvement of testing processes, tools, and plans, ensuring robust quality assurance and effective collaboration across project teams. Their work supports both technical validation and user readiness, enabling confident decision-making and smooth product delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
Test Planning: Define and maintain test strategies and plans for software, firmware, and hardware components.
Test Execution: Conduct product testing, including R&D, regression and signoff testing, and document results.
Tool Development: Create and maintain testing tools and frameworks to support manual testing, with the end goal of automation in mind.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for test plans, procedures, and outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Project, Firmware, Software, and Hardware teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with product requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on test progress, results, and quality metrics.
Leadership: Contribute to project planning and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
