Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Novi Sad with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will execute and design test cases, monitor software applications for consistent quality, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards. Additional responsibilities include analyzing test results, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of testing processes and outcomes.
Qualifications Proficient in Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance to ensure product and service excellence. Strong Analytical Skills to identify issues, gather insights, and solve problems effectively. Experience in creating and executing detailed Test Cases to verify software functionality and performance. Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools to track testing outcomes and quality metrics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile testing methodologies is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred. Experience with iOS and Android testing Knowledge of Zephyr Strong writing and oral communication skills and excellent English skills (writing, reading, speaking) Prior experience in the software development lifecycle or telecommunications industry is a plus.
