We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud within a highly regulated environment.

This role blends hands-on development, architecture, integration, and DevOps ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building clean, high-performance solutions that directly impact business growth and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL Implement complex business logic using Apex + Salesforce Flow Lead enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, middleware) connecting Salesforce with ERP, Azure AD/B2C, and third-party platforms Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manage sandboxes, and support IaC/TDD practices Administer and secure Salesforce (roles, profiles, OWD, sharing, validation rules, data integrity) Partner cross-functionally with business, architects, QA, and vendors in an Agile environment

What You Bring

5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud experience highly valued) Salesforce Admin & Platform Developer I certifications (required) Deep understanding of integrations, authentication, and security models Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
