Job Title: Test Lead with Automation Experience Key Responsibilities Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for projects. Lead and mentor QA teams; ensure effective task allocation and quality delivery. Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to align testing with requirements. Review and approve test cases, scripts, and oversee automation frameworks. Ensure test coverage, traceability, defect tracking, and manage test environments. Provide testing updates, metrics, and reports to stakeholders. Support UAT and production validation. Design, develop, and maintain Playwright-based automation for UI and API testing. Execute automated tests, report results, and conduct code reviews. Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote best practices in automation and CI/CD. Required Skills Proven experience leading QA/testing teams. Strong knowledge of STLC, test methodologies, and QA tools (Jira, ALM, PractiTest). Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing. Proficiency in Playwright, API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured), and Selenium. Experience with MS Power Apps in Retail domain (Timesheet, Allowances, Cash Discrepancies, Staff Management). Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
