Software Quality Assurance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA strategy and help deliver high-quality, reliable software experiences for our customers. In this role, you’ll define testing standards, guide automation strategy, and lead a team focused on building quality into every stage of the development lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure releases are predictable, scalable, and aligned with business goals in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
A typical day includes overseeing testing efforts across multiple releases, collaborating with product teams to ensure requirements are testable, and guiding both manual and automated testing practices. You’ll help shape automation frameworks, lead defect triage conversations, and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on engagement — mentoring QA team members, participating in Agile ceremonies, and working across US and offshore teams to maintain strong delivery momentum while fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
You’ve established a scalable QA strategy that improves release predictability and reduces high-severity defects. Automation coverage and CI/CD integration have expanded, creating faster feedback loops and improved regression confidence. Quality metrics are clearly defined and used by leadership to make informed product and delivery decisions. The QA team is operating as a trusted partner to Product and Engineering, with strong collaboration and continuous improvement practices in place.
