Work Mode: 5 Days a Week – Work from Office About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Python Automation Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring presence in the office five days a week. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python Develop and execute automated test cases using PyTest Create and maintain mobile automation scripts using Appium Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing Identify, report, and track defects to closure Enhance automation coverage and optimize test execution time Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Product Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in automation Mandatory Skills 4–8 years of experience in software testing and automation Strong hands-on experience in Python Proven experience with PyTest framework Hands-on experience in mobile automation using Appium Experience in automation framework design and implementation Familiarity with Git or other version control systems Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills
