Amazon Music brings together the world's best creators with the most passionate music fans. As part of the Amazon Music Creative Production team, we deliver high-quality creative assets that connect artists and listeners across global marketplaces.

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Associate for Amazon Music Creative Production, you will help ensure the quality of creative campaigns and assets delivered to our customers. Your mission will be to conduct quality inspections and support QA processes, ensuring they meet established quality standards and compliance requirements. You will work closely with designers, campaign managers, and production teams to maintain our quality bar.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced creative production environment. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You have experience in QA or quality control, preferably in marketing, creative production, or digital asset management. You take ownership of your work and are committed to delivering quality results.

In this role, you will support the QA framework for creative production, from design assets through campaign delivery. As a QA Associate, you will conduct quality inspections, document findings, and collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues. You will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and supporting process enhancements.

Key job responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections at designated control points in the production process Document quality findings and track defects through resolution Support monitoring and reporting on quality metrics Assist in identifying patterns in defects to support process improvement Communicate quality findings to production teams and stakeholders Follow established QA procedures and guidelines Manage multiple quality reviews simultaneously and prioritize effectively Collaborate with designers and campaign managers to resolve quality issues Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and outcomes

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or creative production review English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills Experience documenting and tracking issues or defects Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews or tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience reviewing digital creative assets (images, graphics, or marketing materials) for quality and accuracy Interest in the entertainment or music industry Familiarity with common graphic file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
