Engineers II implement quality assurance objectives and processes, monitor and evaluate testing results against the predetermined objectives, and apply recommended actions for improvements. They work on medium to complex testing tasks within multiple development environments and needing multiple areas of testing technology competency. They assist in translating the functional requirements into designing testing environments, making test plans, and monitoring quality KPIs. They also troubleshoot medium complexity software quality issues and ensure testing is done as per plan.
