Position Description We are seeking a highly skilled IT Change Management Automation Engineer to drive automation and modernize change management practices across enterprise IT environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, build, and optimize automation workflows that ensure smooth, compliant, and auditable infrastructure changes. You will leverage advanced scripting, system integrations, and automation tools to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and streamline IT Service Management processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer with a passion for automation, ServiceNow, and DevOps practices to make a measurable impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and playbooks to support IT Change Management processes. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate automation solutions across infrastructure and applications. Ensure automated deployments comply with IT change policies, audit requirements, and security standards. Utilize ServiceNow (Change Management, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) to streamline and enhance change automation. Integrate automation platforms and tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and CI/CD pipelines. Contribute to Agile and DevOps initiatives, ensuring automation aligns with business and technical goals.
Required Skills/Education Minimum 3 years of experience in an enterprise IT environment. Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and practices.
