Stack/tools: QC tools (FMEA, QCP, PPAP, Lean, Six Sigma), test plan development (validation/verification across T1–mass production), supplier quality management, CAPA/SCAR processes, design reviews (FMEA, DFM, gate reviews), collaboration with laboratories and suppliers
Lead QA activities: participate in meetings, support quality initiatives, and drive issue resolution with relevant parties
Develop and implement validation/verification test plans for product qualification across development phases (T1, T2, golden sample, trials, mass production)
Manage supplier quality: conduct supplier audits, establish QA/quality control plans pre-production, issue SCAR/CAPA, and oversee corrective actions to resolve customer complaints
Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical/mechanical/materials (electronic & electrical preferred)
5+ years in quality function; strong knowledge of plastics, bamboo, metals and related manufacturing processes
Familiarity with NA/EU and other regions’ safety/quality standards
Proficient in quality tools (FMEA, QCP, PPAP, Lean/Six Sigma) and issue investigation
Strong collaboration, reporting, and data analysis abilities
Experience with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design FMEA; gate reviews

Actively participate in project meetings and provide necessary support for quality assurance initiatives. Identify and prioritize Critical to Customer (CTC) and Critical to Quality (CTQ) aspects of products based on information provided by customers. Develop validation and verification test plans, specifying appropriate test items for different development phases (e.g., T1, T2, Golden sample, trial run, mass production) to ensure product qualification. Recommend applicable standards for products and formulate comprehensive quality inspection and sample testing plans. Collaborate with laboratories to conduct mandatory tests and coordinate with suppliers for required test items. Conduct simple in-office testing when necessary. Participate in supplier audits during sourcing activities as required. Follow up on quality-related issues until resolution. Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality control plans prior to small batch and mass production, ensuring that our products are manufactured and delivered with the highest quality standards. Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence of customer complaints or quality issues. Manage customer complaints by investigating failures with relevant parties and providing comprehensive reports to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct continuous quality data analysis to identify improvement opportunities within the quality assurance system. Participate in design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and gate review activities to uphold design quality in line with project expectations.
