We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester with experience in automated testing, accessibility/usability testing (WCAG/ADA) to join our dynamic team. Primary Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll work closely with teams from Product, User Experience (UX), and Software Development to create and implement testing strategies for our web and integrated systems. You’ll lead usability and accessibility testing, develop our automation framework, and integrate it with our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our software products meet high standards of quality and reliability before they reach our users. You’ll play a crucial part in product development by collaborating with engineers to identify and resolve any issues, ultimately enhancing the user experience.

Review and refine requirements, user stories, and technical specifications within Agile/Scrum to ensure testability, consistency, and adherence to quality standards Execute functional, system-integration, acceptance, regression, and end-to-end testing across the solution stack (UI, APIs, integrations)

Design, create, and maintain test artifacts: test strategy, test plans, acceptance criteria, test cases, and test logs Set up and manage large, complex test environments, including provisioning test data. Review and validate end-user documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness Develop automated tests and guide other team members in creating and executing them. Report on task and project progress, and identify and escalate risks to protect project milestones. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to improve team efficiency and product quality Provide product information and support for training, demos, and customer-facing issue resolution. Research and implement test solutions in environments with limited standardization or documentation. Drive projects to completion with a concern for quality and budget. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years of professional experience in software and integration testing
  • 5+ years of Experience using unit and test automation frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Playwright, Selenium, Robot)
  • 3+ years as a test lead developing software test plans, test cases, and performing functional and system testing
  • 3+ years testing software applications/websites with a focus on ADA / WCAG accessibility compliance
  • 3+ years of Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • 3+ years with test automation integrated into Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient with API testing tools (SoapUI, Postman) and knowledge of API testing strategies (contract, schema, negative tests).
  • Strong debugging and test-automation programming skills in C#; familiarity with Git and branching strategies.
