About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Test Analyst to join our QA team supporting enterprise-level IT applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing, defect management, accessibility testing (ADA/WCAG 2.1 AA), and working within structured Agile/SDLC environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and technical requirements. Perform functional, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality and stability. Track, log, and manage defects and test results using industry-standard tools. Validate test outcomes, maintain traceability, and communicate test metrics to stakeholders. Conduct ADA accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Review and triage vulnerability scan reports to support secure software delivery. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure complete test coverage. Participate in test planning, peer reviews, and continuous improvement activities
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on QA/Software Testing experience (manual testing). 5+ years of experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM). 2+ years of experience in ADA accessibility testing (WCAG 2.1 AA). 2+ years of experience reviewing and triaging vulnerability scan results.
