As part of ongoing digital transformation programs, we are looking for a QA Test Automation Analyst to help ensure the functional quality of web and mobile platforms used by thousands of end users daily.
Analyze user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers
Write, organize, and execute test cases for functional, UI, and integration testing
Ensure comprehensive coverage of customer journeys across web and mobile channels
Log, document, and follow up on defects in test management tools (Jira, Xray, etc.)
Evaluate risks and potential business impact of bugs and recommend workarounds when needed
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
Prepare test environments and data sets in coordination with tech teams
Contribute to regression test campaigns and UAT validations
Propose process improvements and help drive QA best practices within the team
Identify opportunities for test automation (basic knowledge is a plus)
3+ years of experience as a QA or Test Analyst on digital B2C or customer-facing platforms
Strong knowledge of Test Automation Practices
Hands on experience with AI driven testing tools
Knowledge of functional testing practices and customer-centric design
