About the Team

The QA team at Cyera plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, secure, and high-performing products. We define and implement quality assurance strategies across engineering teams, ensuring seamless testing, robust automation, and process efficiency. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality assurance processes for Cyera’s backend systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Maintain and manage cloud environments across major providers, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to validate specifications and guide developers in delivering high-quality features.
• Be a key advocate for product quality throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle—from customer feedback and product design to development, testing, and feature release.
• Serve as the central quality expert, bridging communication across teams such as customer success, product management, and engineering.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, driving meaningful impact on Cyera’s product and customers.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

• 4+ years of experience implementing automated backend tests - must
• OOP design and coding experience - must
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or similar.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
• Proficiency in SQL for validating and querying data.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice to Have

• Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up (a strong advantage).
• Background in software security and secure coding practices.
