Develop test documentation: specifications, test cases, test plans
Conduct functional and regression testing; log issues in bug tracker
Collaborate with developers/analysts; prepare testing reports and contribute to feature discussions/improvements
Must-have skills
3+ years in QA Engineer roles
Understanding of SDLC and microservices architecture
Proficient in SQL/PostgreSQL
Experience testing web apps and REST APIs (Postman, Charles)
Strong communication; written English (intermediate) and native Russian
Able to collaborate across teams; detail-oriented with reporting skills
Nice-to-haves
Experience with finance or data security–critical applications
Broad technical knowledge
Familiarity with Kafka
