Document and track test results, defects/issues, risks; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and performance
4–8 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment/Onboarding; Payroll preferred)
Strong end-to-end HR testing knowledge, defect tracking, test documentation, QA reporting
Proficiency with ALM, Jira, ClickUp; good communication and analytical skills
Payroll functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM
Test automation exposure (Selenium or UiPath)
Experience supporting enterprise HR transformation projects
