TEST-013 PAYROLL PARALLEL TEST LEAD- As Deployment 1 UCPath Test Lead, the focus is on supporting Pilot to lay the ground work and then begin to own the planning for Deployment 1 Testing based on the Pilot test effort. Includes all phases of testing: System, Integration, UAT. 5+ years of PeopleSoft testing experience. 9.2 experience is preferred. Experience in at least 1 big distributed implementation of 9.x version of PeopleSoft with a conversion from a legacy application. The Testing Lead is responsible for leading the overall Test strategy related to configuration and customizations of the UCPath modules. The position will evaluate, execute and manage the plans and schedules for various types of tests, including System Integration Testing, Payroll Parallel Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
The position will lead the testing team in addition to collaborating with core project team members, vendor staff, subject matter experts, campus project teams and technical counterparts, to manage the testing track of the project. The Testing lead will oversee a team of PeopleSoft Functional Testers with expertise in PeopleSoft modules.

5+ years of PeopleSoft implementation and testing experience. Experience in at least 1 - 2 large, distributed implementation of 9.x version of PeopleSoft. Ability to lead in a collaborative environment, build consensus and promote the exchange of information among project team members. Working knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM modules i.e. ESS, MSS, HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll, TAM, Time and Attendance, and Commitment Accounting. Experience in all phases of testing including Functional Unit, System Integration, Payroll Parallel and User Acceptance testing. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others.
