Role & seniority: Test Proctor, part-time position reporting to the Test Center Manager
Location & work type: Miami, FL; Site open Mon–Sat 7am–6pm; 20 hours/week with potential for additional hours; flexible scheduling; occasional evenings/Sundays possible
Stack/tools: Familiar with Microsoft Windows-based apps (MS Office, Outlook, Explorer); use of security tools (wand scans); fingerprint capture (if applicable)
Greet examinees, verify identification, and maintain orderly test center environment
Monitor exams, enforce policies, and perform security checks; safeguard integrity of testing
Respond to candidate issues, document accurately, and ensure fair, comfortable testing experience
1+ year of in-person customer service experience; strong communication and report-writing
Ability to multitask, lift up to 40 pounds, and navigate test center duties every 8–10 minutes
Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic equipment handling
College experience or higher education background
Experience in fast-paced, service-oriented environments (retail, call center, etc.)

Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 20 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
