About the role We're looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Creation of test plans and test scenarios
• Preparation of test data
• Execution of the test scenarios
• Test automation
• Tracking of defects

Must-have competencies

• Fluent English skills (at least C1 level)
• Proven experience in creating test plans, test designs, and test scenarios
• Experience in feature testing, API testing, and end‑to‑end (E2E) testing
• Experience in test automation and/or practical programming or scripting skills (Python, Angular, Java)
• Experience working according to Agile/Scrum and with Azure DevOps
• Experience working with Playwright and/or RobotFramework
• Experience working with Kafka
• Critical thinking skills and the willingness to question assumptions
• Ability to understand technical IT concepts such as service and client application, web service, API, protocol, frontend, backend, etc.

Nice-have competencies

• Good German skills (at least B2/C1 level)
• French and/or Dutch language skills, if available
• Knowledge and experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with DevOps tickets is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and corresponding queries
• GUI tests (web application for internal use only; no mobile applications)
• Backend performance tests
• Conceptual thinking, willingness to coach others
