A global tier 1 company is hiring for bilingual system validation engineer in Yokohama.

• Please note that these roles require at least N3 level of Japanese.

[About company] Global Tier 1 automotive company is hiring junior bilingual system validation engineers.

[Location] Yokohama office

[Salary] ~up to 6.7M+ overtime allowance

[Language] Business Japanese and English.

[Requirement]

• Business Japanese and English

• System validation engineer / test engineer experience in automotive company at least 1.5years to 5 years.

• Good communication skills

• High motivation to learn new products and services.

• • If you have experience in AI, that is a plus.

[Job Detail] Key Objectives of this role

• Perform system-level validation testing as per requirements and test plans
• Analyze system requirements and derive validation scenarios and test cases
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance tests
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
• Support root cause analysis and verification of fixes
• Collaborate with system, software, hardware, and QA teams
• Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results
• Prepare test reports, validation summaries, and compliance documentation
• Support validation activities on test benches, simulators, or vehicles (as applicable)
• Follow organizational quality processes and validation standards
