Role & seniority: Senior QA Engineer (hands-on automation) within Scrum teams (Dev/QA/DevOps)
Stack / tools: Agile methodologies; JMeter; Selenium; Automation QA; Web UI, API, and Backend testing; Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with specification by example; logs, SQL/database queries, Unix file system for diagnostics
Establish and drive an automation-first QA culture; design, execute, and document manual and automated tests (functional and non-functional)
Plan and control all test activities to meet goals; perform detailed hands-on testing of new functionality and regression testing
Investigate defects using logs, DB queries, and system artifacts; raise/tracker issues; support UAT with business stakeholders; automate acceptance criteria via BDD
