Your Role Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework. Perform ETL testing, including data validation, transformation checks, and end‑to‑end workflow verification. Run and monitor scripts/jobs in Unix/Linux environments, ensuring smooth automation execution. Support SQL automation for backend validation, data quality checks, and reporting accuracy. Execute functional, regression, and data validation testing across complex data pipelines. Apply strong knowledge of QE/QA processes and testing methodologies throughout the SDLC. Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate test execution and deployment workflows. Use DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, UCD, Helios, and GitHub Actions for automation, job management, and release coordination.
Your Profile 4+ years of experience in Python development, automation, and data‑driven testing. Proficiency in Python and Robot Framework for automation scripting. Hands‑on expertise with ETL testing and data pipeline validation. Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including running and scheduling scripts. Knowledge of data analysis, data processing, data management, and related BI concepts. Familiarity with statistics, mathematics, and data science principles. Solid understanding of QA/QE methodologies, automation strategy, and testing best practices.
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, UCD, Helios, GitHub Actions. Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and qTest for project and test case management.
