Job Description

Define and implement end-to-end ETL test strategy for data validation and reconciliation. Perform source-to-target data validation using complex SQL queries. Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation frameworks for ETL and data testing. Develop and maintain Selenium-based UI automation scripts where required for dashboard/report validation. Automate regression suites, data reconciliation checks, and repetitive validation scenarios. Validate data transformations, aggregations, and business rules across systems. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing. Analyze, identify, and track data defects; collaborate closely with development teams for resolution. Provide technical guidance to junior QA members and contribute to quality improvements.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in ETL and data testing. Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation. Proficiency in Python for automation development. Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation. Solid understanding of ETL architecture, data flows, and data warehousing concepts. Experience working in Agile environments. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
