Full Description

Do you want to be part of physical validation team managing testing in modern busses? We are looking for a new colleague with passion for testing of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning.

Your daily tasks will be related with two fields

Bus physical validation:

Conducts HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning) development and validation tests for vehicles with combustion engines, electric and hybrid vehicles.
Analyzes test results to verify compliance with design and market objectives.
Supports the development of the HVAC subsystem with the aim of optimizing systems.
Develops and optimizes HVAC testing methodologies, negotiates with calibration institutes.
Performs other tasks related to HVAC or other vehicle functions as needed.

Development projects, measures to improve existing products, and analysis of competitors' products:

Analyzes testing requirements and collaborates on the selection of methodologies.
Organizes and prepares tests, including support modifications, selection and calibration of sensors and measuring chains.
Provides technical advice on the preparation and execution of tests.
Performs performance and functional tests (hardware and software).
Subjectively evaluates aspects of vehicle performance.
Analyzes test results, compares them with criteria, and prepares presentations for project teams.
Presents your conclusions.
Proposes improvements in case of unexpected results, performs preliminary tests.
Writes test reports with the methodologies used, measuring equipment used, calibration.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of procedures, equipment, safety, and organization of the testing department and working conditions.

What skills you must have

University degree (engineer) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or software
