What are my responsibilities?
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC market through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently striving for sales excellence and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales forecasts, and pipeline management, using CRM software.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
University graduate (automation, electro-mechanical installations). English - Advanced, German is an advantage. Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and controls. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to optimally communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Proven track record to build and manage relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions-oriented support. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving sales objectives. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of leading multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
