About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in test automation and fintech systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of mission-critical financial applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and API applications Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams Validate data accuracy, transaction flows, and business rules in financial systems Execute API testing and backend validation Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Ensure compliance with quality standards and fintech regulations Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Strong experience in test automation (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium) Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript) Experience testing fintech applications (banking, payments, trading, lending, etc.) Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Experience with performance testing (JMeter) Knowledge of security testing and compliance standards (PCI-DSS, SOC2) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Exposure to microservices architecture Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge fintech products High ownership and impact role Collaborative and growth-oriented environment Our commitment Verifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
