Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all testing activities across the project lifecycle for payment systems Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with business requirements and technical specifications Oversee functional, regression, integration, and API testing,. Drive test automation initiatives using frameworks and tools such as Rest Assured, Cucumber (BDD), and other relevant tools Manage and mentor test teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with development, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery Utilize testing tools like Postman, Insomnia, and others for API testing and validation Ensure defect tracking, reporting, and resolution in coordination with stakeholders Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines Qualifications Proven experience (10+ years) in test leadership roles within the payments domain, Strong experience in API testing and test automation frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, Cucumber BDD) Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or equivalents Solid understanding of Agile testing practices and continuous integration environments Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a multi-cultural, international environment Desired skills Knowledge of payment processing workflows, reconciliation, and exception handling Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices Experience with performance and security testing Benefits At Expleo, we are committed to providing a competitive salary and substantial benefits offering with unique wellbeing, financial and employee recognition programs.
