Full Description

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a strong engineering mindset to join our Release Management Squad and take a meaningful role in designing and scaling automation solutions across our products. This role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and automated non‑functional validations, working closely with R&D to embed quality deeply into the delivery pipeline. Responsibilities Design, develop, and evolve scalable automation solutions for functional and non‑functional testing, using Python and Selenium for web-based and desktop applications. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and quality gates (GitHub Actions or equivalent) to ensure automated validation is an integral part of the release process. Develop automation processes for non‑functional requirements, including performance, reliability, stability, and upgrade validations. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automation into build, deployment, and release pipelines. Continuously improve automation infrastructure, tooling, and best practices. Requirements At least 3 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation using Python and Selenium. Strong programming and debugging skills in Python. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and SDLC. Experience testing web-based client applications and backend services. Strong system‑level understanding with the ability to test complex, multi‑component solutions end‑to‑end. Solid understanding of automation strategies for non‑functional testing (performance, stability, reliability, compatibility, and upgrade flows). Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot issues across environments, services, and infrastructure. High ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently. High level of English – required. Advantages Experience in building or improving automation infrastructures.
