Position Summary... What you'll do... What you'll do... The Senior Manager of Solution Design will own long-term scalability of the Expanded Depot initiative. This role is responsible for partnering across merchandising, supply chain, store operations, delivery, and ecommerce stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Design Requirements (BDRs), simulate order flow and fulfillment scenarios, collaborate with automation solution providers on conceptual designs, and oversee approvals for various fulfillment experiments. You will also design stage-gate processes, monitor pilot KPIs, and drive scale-or-kill decisions for breakthrough solutions. The position is based in Bentonville, AR and reports to the Senior Director, Future of Fulfillment.
