Position Summary... What you'll do... The performance and insights lead will own performance tracking of key tests and pilots for the fulfillment innovation team. This role will identify areas to improve performance and lead key workstreams to enable improvement. This role will provide data insights to inform strategic decisions and future pilots. Key Focus Areas: Analyze key performance metrics and data sets to measure success of forward deployment pilots and tests. Generate automated and AI-enabled workflows to streamline recurring reporting. Identify areas of improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate sub same day strategy. Leverage pilot insights to influence priority of tech dependencies. Provide recommendations to leadership on strategic direction and investment priorities. Utilize performance insights to inform future automated depot designs. Develop scalable data structures to enable performance measurement beyond pilots and tests.
