Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications, while also developing and implementing effective testing strategies that enhance the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to apply testing methodologies and principles, ensuring that key metrics are defined and utilized to manage the testing process effectively, including test execution and defect resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
