Validate AI solutions for distributed training and inference workloads with ROCm
Build cluster-scale automation for distributed training/inference and publish reference designs and benchmarks
Develop performance benchmarks, optimize targets, and foster collaborations with architecture teams and partners
Experience with complex compute systems for AI/HPC, backend network design in RDMA clusters
Validating AI infrastructure (GPUs, networking, ROCEv2, UEC); running training/inference benchmarks
Experience with distributed systems/schedulers (Kubernetes, Slurm); automation scripting (Python or Golang)
Performance profiling and debugging of CPUs/GPUs; Linux/Windows proficiency
AMD ROCm experience; familiarity with RCCL/NCCL, IBPerf, large language models and MoE, image generation, recommender models
Experience with training/inference of models across frameworks and inference frameworks (vLLM, SGLang)
