Drive and optimize test strategy and process; act as the go-to testing lead in agile environments

Minimum 4 years of experience; at least 2 years in software testing/QA

Drive and optimize the test strategy and process within the team — you’re the go-to person for all testing matters in an agile environment.
Ensure test readiness across the board: from infrastructure to test data, you're in control of everything needed for smooth test execution.
Take the lead on test automation, progressively expanding coverage for backend.
Provide regular test progress updates to stakeholders and take ownership of the final test sign-off before go-live.
Actively support the team and wider organization with Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices.
Minimum 4 years of experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the full development life cycle.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Kotlin
Experience in building or maintaining automated testing frameworks like Serenity, Karate, TestNG, Cucumber.
Good knowledge of Java / Kotlin , Serenity and working with REST APIs.
Fluency in German (minimum B2)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
ISTQB Certification is a strong plus.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin).
Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level or equivalent).
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
