Senior QA Automation Engineer (Frontend – TypeScript, Playwright) | 5+ YOE | 📍 Remote

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer (5+ years experience) with strong frontend automation expertise. This role requires someone who can architect, scale, and own UI automation frameworks using TypeScript and Playwright, not just execute test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript)
• Drive automation strategy for frontend-heavy applications
• Improve test stability, coverage, and CI/CD integration
• Perform deep debugging, root cause analysis, and defect prevention
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
• Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams

Required Experience

• 5+ years in QA Automation (frontend-focused)
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript & Playwright
• Experience testing modern SPAs (React/Vue/Angular)
• Strong understanding of browser internals, network calls, and debugging
• CI/CD integration experience
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives
