Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support quality, reliability, and release confidence across our growing portfolio of AI-driven and web-based products. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, project managers, and leadership to ensure our healthcare offerings, AI Chat properties, and internal tools meet high standards for functionality, usability, and stability.
This is a hands-on QA role suited for someone who thrives in smaller teams, enjoys owning quality assurance end-to-end, and is comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Own and execute QA processes across multiple products, including healthcare-focused AI systems and web applications Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for new features and releases Perform manual testing across web, API, and AI-driven workflows to validate functionality, data accuracy, and edge cases Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify risks, and validate acceptance criteria Triage and validate customer-reported issues by reproducing behavior in internal environments, isolating root causes, and providing clear, actionable findings to engineering teams Validate AI-assisted workflows (e.g., transcription, classification, document processing) for accuracy, reliability, and real-world behavior Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and expected outcomes Support release readiness by verifying fixes, regression testing, and sign-off Help establish and evolve QA standards, processes, and tooling as the company scales Participate in post-release reviews and help improve quality feedback loops
Required Skills & Qualifications
3â6+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role Strong experience with manual testing of web applications and APIs Proven ability to write clear, thorough test cases and bug reports Experience validating complex workflows involving data processing, integrations, or automation, primarily through automated testing. Proven experience with performance testing with an emphasis on load testing, regression testing, and similar QA approaches. Comfort working across multiple products, environments, and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a mindset oriented toward risk detection and prevention Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and product stakeholders Familiarity with Agile or iterative development workflows
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
