Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features, enhancements, and platform updates across web and mobile interfaces. Develop and maintain automated test suites using appropriate testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality meets ThriveCart's standards. Collaborate with product managers and engineers during the development lifecycle to understand requirements, identify edge cases, and ensure testability of features. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely fixes. Participate in release planning and coordinate testing activities across multiple product teams and release cycles. Monitor production systems for quality issues and contribute to post-release analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Contribute to QA process improvements, tool evaluations, and testing strategy refinements.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing approaches. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or similar) and ability to write and maintain automated test scripts. Solid technical skills including understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, databases, and browser development tools.
