Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing; basic security/testing awareness

Full Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications for B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of QA processes, automation frameworks, and can work closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile SaaS applications.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand features, workflows, and business requirements.
Identify, report, and track bugs, and verify fixes in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or equivalent.
Ensure software meets quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and QA best practices across the team.

3+ years of experience in QA for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or web applications.
Strong experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, cloud-based applications, and microservices.
Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent).
Knowledge of security testing and compliance standards for enterprise applications.
Familiarity with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and cross-browser testing.
Experience with CI/CD integrated automated testing pipelines.
