Essential Functions Define comprehensive scenarios and variations in data to perform robust manual and automated testing. Schedule and execute functional testing across multiple email clients. Submit errors and issues to development for correction and retest once resolved. Report test results and status accurately and timely. Track defects and perform causal analysis to closure. Review and certify test results of other analysts and testers. Create and/or review requirements, design, and scope documents. Help set standards for test design and advocate established testing procedures. Interact with Relationship Manager, Campaign Operation and Development teams to refine test requirements. Coordinate and/or perform testing projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure all targets and requirements are met. Maintain test libraries, databases, and environments. Assist with documentation updates and corrections. Support automated scripts from team members where applicable. Mentor less experienced QC team members.
