Key Skills & Competencies Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy (Author, transactions, rules, forms, XML). Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance (Auto, Property, Specialty). Hands-on testing experience across Policyholder and Producer portals. Strong SQL skills for backend validation. Understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD testing workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and defect management abilities. Experience Requirement 10+ years overall QA experience. 3–5+ years hands on with Duck Creek Policy. Experience leading distributed QA teams. Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks is mandatory.
