Responsibilities

• participate in the development of refrigeration compressors.
• track and comment design of product with focus on its future validation.
• define testing procedures of refrigeration compressors or their parts to verify requirements defined in product specification.
• prepare test and validation plan based on internal specification and industrial standards.
• follow testing in internal and external laboratories, process and evaluate data.
• lead Root Cause Analyses of problems observed during testing and report findings to team.

Requirements

• Bachelor or mechanical degree in mechanical engineering
• Good knowledge of thermodynamics and refrigeration
• Analytical thinking
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in English
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have

• Experience in similar position in HVAC industry
• Experience in automotive standards and testing
• Basic programming in Python or Excel VB
• GT-suite
• Understanding of experimental methods and principles of measurement of basic physical values
