📌What You’ll Do Identify, track, and document bugs effectively, ensuring structured handoff to the tech team. Maintain clear communication across teams by updating Slack channels, structuring Jira tickets, and keeping stakeholders informed. Dive deep into the product to identify edge cases, ask the right questions, and enhance testing processes. Validate fixes and test web and mobile applications to ensure a high-quality user experience. Create, maintain, and improve manual test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate with AQA Engineer to ensure smooth alignment between manual and automated testing strategies. Work with engineers to refine testing processes and reduce bug resolution time. Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions to minimize future bugs. Collaborate closely with fellow QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers on creating great features.
