• As a core member of our Global QA team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role

• The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, creation and execution of manual tests required to validate the quality of the applications under test for both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• As a JR QA Analyst, your role includes working closely with multiple stakeholders to define suitable testing strategies based on the characteristics of the individual projects.
• Although your role does not directly include test automation and performance testing, as a JR QA analyst your role will include working with the automation and performance testing team to propose appropriate prioritization.
• The QA team are part of a team of IT professionals that are responsible for the development and support of IT applications with a mix of agile and waterfall processes.
• The candidate will interact closely with multiple teams such as Global Citco QA team, development and business analysts, and other technical groups and resources within Citco.
• Creation, maintenance, optimization and execution of manual test scripts which need to be scalable, highly performant, maintainable and meet high quality standards.
• Participation in agile testing and help transition suitable applications to an agile framework.
• Participate in peer reviews of manual test scripts to ensure adherence to testing standards.
• Produce individual QA status reports while supporting the defect management process.
• Work closely with members of the Test team adhering to QA procedures and methodology.
• Work closely with members of the Development team.
• Work closely with members of the Business Analysis team and Business stakeholders
• Work closely with members of the Project Management team.
