Role & seniority: Quality Assurance Engineer (mid-level; 2+ years QA/Testing in semiconductor/validation preferred; MSEE option)
Stack/tools: PCIe switch validation; protocol-level testing; test design/review; automation scripting (Python skills beneficial); PCIe test equipment (analyzers, load generators); collaboration with hardware/software teams
Design and review test scenarios, cases, and automation scripts
Validate system-level PCIe switch functionality, performance, and compliance
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure robust testing coverage; analyze specs to develop comprehensive test strategies; review documentation
Protocol-level testing experience; strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and proactive mindset
Deep PCIe knowledge (Config Space, Link Training, ACS, Hotplug, Virtualization, P2P, BMC, AER/DPC) and PCIe test equipment
Python automation and system-level scripting; familiarity with GPUs (AMD/NVIDIA), NVMe, networking concepts (L2/L3, RoCE)
