Your tasks

We are looking for a passionate and experienced App Test Manager with a strong focus on mobile test automation. In this role, you will take full ownership of the testing lifecycle for our native mobile app components, ensuring a high‑quality user experience aligned with our eMobility Digital testing standards.

You will work hand in hand with developers, UX, and product owners in a modern agile setup - continuously strengthening your agile mindset and applying cutting-edge testing approaches. What You Will Do

Test Management & Strategy

Validate requirements from both a testing and user-centric perspective Plan, design, implement, execute, and conclude functional and operational tests for native iOS and Android app features Monitor and steer test progress and quality using modern agile practices Develop and maintain your team’s overarching test concept Participate in E2E process testing and help shape the eMobility-wide testing strategy Ensure full compatibility and seamless performance across all relevant iOS and Android devices and OS versions

Test Automation

Design and develop automated test cases specifically for native mobile applications Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously enhance the automation framework Work with state-of-the-art mobile automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Maestro) to drive quality at scale

Your profile

Technical Expierience

Proven experience in native mobile app testing, mobile test automation, and test management Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Mobile Application Testing, ISTQB Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Advanced Test Management) Familiarity with mobile test automation frameworks such as Maestro or Appium Solid understanding of agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps) and experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans)

Social Skills

High level of ownership, structure, and reliability Excellent communication skills (excellent English; Portuguese and/or German is a plus) Strong team player who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration Outstanding problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

As an App Test Manager / Test Automation Engineer, you will join an agile, cross-functional team dedicated to building and evolving our native mobile applications. Your expertise in modern iOS and Android development ecosystems will help shape the future of our award‑winning EnBW mobility+ app: One of the key drivers behind EnBW’s digital e-mobility experience.
