You will play a key role in the development of the Mobility+ app, a product shaping the future of transportation and accelerating the transition to eMobility. Work in an agile, international, and interdisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with teams in Germany and Portugal, focused on scalability, innovation, and high-quality delivery.

Your Mission As an App Test Manager with strong automation expertise, you will take ownership of the full mobile testing lifecycle, ensuring robust quality standards for Android and iOS applications while contributing to the evolution of a company-wide eMobility testing strategy. You will not only execute tests — you will define, improve, and elevate the testing approach.

Your Responsibilities Test Management & Strategy Validate requirements from both technical and customer perspectives

Own the full test lifecycle: planning, design, execution, reporting, and sign-off Develop and continuously evolve the team’s test strategy and test concept Monitor quality metrics and proactively manage risks Participate in cross-team E2E process testing Ensure compatibility across relevant Android and iOS devices Contribute to the broader eMobility digital testing policy

Test Automation Design and implement automated test cases for mobile applications Improve and maintain the mobile automation framework Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Drive continuous optimization of automation coverage and stability

Your Profile We are looking for a quality-driven professional who combines hands-on automation skills with strategic test management experience.

Technical Expertise Strong experience in mobile app testing (Android & iOS) Solid background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Maestro or similar) Experience owning test management and strategy in agile environments Hands-on experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and test management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans) ISTQB certifications (Mobile, Automation, or Advanced Test Management) are a plus
