This role develops test plans, software, hardware, and documentation to verify that complex products meet all performance and environmental requirements, while independently executing and overseeing a wide range of electrical and environmental tests. It also designs specialized test equipment, resolves product failures, and collaborates cross‑functionally to improve test coverage, reliability, and overall product performance, while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.
