Brief Description
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. You will be responsible for implementing, developing, and/or defining standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. This will include developing testing programs, designing, and executing software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes prior to release. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and Mortgage Lending Industry knowledge. If you are passionate about quality, weβd like to meet you.
Key Focus: Manual Testing This role is primarily focused on manual testing. The successful candidate will be adept at thoroughly testing software through hands-on execution, observation, and analysis, without relying on automated scripts. Candidates with a primary background in QA automation will not be considered for this position.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in Mortgage Lending Industry At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing Jira expertise Comfortable with Agile Project Management Understanding of SDLC Familiar with SQL BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a business related field preferred Experience in the Mortgage Lending sector required

Location: Blue Sage Solutions, 270 Sylvan Avenue STE 1500, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632, but the candidate may be in a remote location and not required to work on-site full time.
