Role Description We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 5+ years experience for our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in the success of our clients. We are an agile team of experienced developers and technologists defining the architecture, process, and implementation of critical operational systems for our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ● Own and drive functional test design for the platform by creating and maintaining Zephyr test cases based on product and technical documentation in Atlassian Confluence ● Partner closely with Product Leads to ensure requirements are clearly understood, testable, and fully validated ● Track, report, and analyze software defects to resolve problems. ● Collaborate with the Product, Testing and Engineering teams to align manual test cases with automated test coverage and overall quality strategy ● Establish and maintain a structured, traceable testing framework within JIRA and Zephyr, ensuring clear coverage and accountability ● Execute and oversee end-to-end testing across hardware, cloud services, and web applications ● Validate that data observed on hardware consoles aligns with behavior and data displayed in the cloud platform and web UI ● Develop a deep understanding of device configuration options, system states, and expected behaviors to ensure accurate test coverage ● Identify gaps, risks, and edge cases early, communicating quality concerns clearly to product and engineering stakeholders ● Continuously improve QA processes, documentation quality, and test effectiveness across releases

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) ● 5+ years of quality assurance experience, including ownership of test planning and execution for complex platforms ● Proven experience in Agile methodologies with the scrum implementation. ● Strong hands-on experience working in JIRA and Zephyr, including authoring, organizing, and managing test cases ● Proven ability to read, interpret, and validate product and technical documentation (Confluence) ● Experience testing web-based cloud platforms, including data validation across UI, APIs, and backend systems ● Comfort working with hardware-integrated systems, including hands-on interaction with physical devices and configuration interfaces ● Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to test design ● Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and QA Automation roles ● Experience working in regulated environments is highly preferred
